Shipping Information
Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days
- Processing time excludes weekends and holidays
- You will receive a confirmation email once your order ships
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (US): 10–25 business days
- Express Shipping (US): 3–7 business days
- International Shipping: 15–30 business days
Most of our products are sourced and shipped internationally. While we work with reliable shipping partners to deliver your order as quickly as possible, please allow the full delivery window before contacting us about delays.
Shipping Costs
- Free shipping on all orders — shipping costs are fully covered by Fashion Success at no charge to the customer
- No minimum order required
Duties, Tariffs & Import Fees
Due to the current US trade environment, some internationally shipped orders may be subject to import duties or tariffs upon entry into the United States. Fashion Success and our suppliers absorb all applicable duties, tariffs, and import fees on your behalf. You will not be charged any additional fees at delivery. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on the carrier's website. Please allow 3–5 business days after shipment for tracking information to update.
Returns & Exchanges
Return Policy
- Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
- Original tags and packaging must be included
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned

- Package items securely and ship to our return address
Return Shipping

Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive your return
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- You'll receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed
Exchanges
- The fastest way to get a different item is to return your original purchase and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
- Contact us within 7 days of delivery
- Provide photos of the damaged item
- We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund
- Return shipping for damaged or defective items will be covered by us
